Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Location: Carmel Beach, CA
For those arriving on Saturday, we’d love to welcome you with a sunset beach picnic at Carmel Beach.
Our wedding day will be formal, so let’s kick things off with a casual get together. Meet our guests, mingle with the couple and their family while you enjoy a dinner of pizza, salad, and bubbly. Feel free to stop by and stay awhile. Attire is beach casual.
Parking at Carmel Beach is limited, so we recommend taking a Lyft or Uber. The event will be held near the Carmel Beach Walk. The specific location of the picnic will be released 3 days before the event with specific directions for where to find us. Signs will be on-site to guide you.
The Day Of: Sunday, June 29th
Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony 4:00pm
Guests must arrive by 3:30pm. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be admitted to the ceremony.

Reception & Dancing 6:00
Location - Carmel Valley Ranch
The ceremony, reception, and dancing will take place at Carmel Valley Ranch located at 1 Old Ranch Road, Carmel-by-the-Sea. Guests must arrive by 3:30pm. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will be admitted to the ceremony.
Attire
Formal. Please note the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors over grass and gravel. Ladies are advised to wear shoes with a wedge or block heel and to bring a wrap or coat as it will get cooler as the sun goes down.
Parking
Parking is available at the property just steps from our event.
Children
As much as we'd love to invite all of your children, we are only able to accommodate children involved in the wedding party at the ceremony and reception. If childcare is needed, please contact the couple for more information.
The Morning After: Monday, June 30th
Farwell Brunch
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Carmel Valley Ranch
Following the wedding day, we welcome you to stop by Carmel Valley Ranch for breakfast, coffee, and mimosas, before you depart.
